Day 1

  • Breakfast: Egg Muffins
  • Lunch: Jollof cauliflower rice with Chicken
  • Dinner: Meatball tomato sauce with Quinoa and Broccoli/Brussel Sprout

Day 2

  • Breakfast: Egg Muffins
  • Lunch: Jollof cauliflower rice with Chicken
  • Dinner: Meatball tomato sauce with Quinoa and Broccoli/Brussel Sprout

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 Oat muffin with coffee or tea
  • Lunch: Meatball tomato sauce with zucchini noddles
  • Dinner: Chicken with fried Cauliflower rice

Day 4

  • Breakfast: 1 Oat muffin with coffee or tea
  • Lunch: Meatball tomato sauce with zucchini noddles
  • Dinner: Chicken with fried Cauliflower rice

Day 5

  • Breakfast: Egg Muffins
  • Lunch: Jollof cauliflower rice with Chicken
  • Dinner: Meatball tomato sauce with Quinoa and Broccoli/Brussel Sprout

Day 6

  • Breakfast: Oat muffin with coffee or tea
